ABC Waters
Programme is a long term initiative to bring people closer to water so that they can better appreciate and cherish this precious resource.
By integrating the streams, rivers and lakes with the parks and gardens, new community spaces, bursting with life and activities, can be created. This helps transforms Singapore into a City of Gardens and Water, a vision outlined by Singapore's Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
